C3: Building the mod.cpk
imprinting
This is the part that will probably take you the most time; we'll be using Aemulus to create a mod.cpk file that will contain all the mods we downloaded. First things first, extract the Aemulus Package Manager in whichever folder you choose, you should be seeing something similar to this.

Avoid putting Aemulus on your Desktop, Documents folder or any other folder that could potentially be synced with programs like OneDrive, as that can cause issues.
Now, time to extract everything we downloaded so far.
Extract Persona_5.7z, the base files. The file has folder named Persona 5, extract it in Aemulus\Original. Ensure you don't accidentally double up the folders, you can compare it to this screenshot:
Extract the Aemulus packages for P5EX, The Royal Project, P5R/P5D Font, Fix Softlock for Community Patches, and any other mods you might have in the Aemulus\Packages\Persona 5 folder, like this:
your mod list may differ from mine, that's okay. Double check that the mod folders aren't doubled or inside another folder. Here are examples for how it should be and how it shouldn't. Check the Original folder in Aemulus for this issue as well before proceeding.

With that out of the way, open AemulusPackageManager.exe as we already extracted everything we needed. Make sure you set the selected game to Persona 5 and you should be seeing the mods you just extracted. For now, press the settings icon shown in the image and select an output folder. Keep the CPK Name as mod, though.

Cool, we got the mods we want and everything's as it should be; it is now time to build the mod.cpk. As a general rule of thumb, keep in mind of the following things.
The Royal Project should always be at the very top of the active mod list, then P5ex right after it. (Unless stated otherwise)
If you are using Colored Icons or any Button Prompt mods, put those mods above The Royal Project.
P5 Community Patches Softlock Fix should always be at the very bottom of the active mods list.
Any other mods should be in-between P5ex and P5 Community Patches Softlock Fix.
Alright, your mod list should be looking like this.

Once you've checked that the order of the mods are correct, press the Hammer icon and wait for it to finish building. This will probably take a while depending on the amount of mods you are planning to use as well as your computer, so do something in the meantime. Whenever it's done, check your output folder, since it'll contain the mod.cpk. A folder named mod would have also been created that you can delete if you want.

Next, you can move the mod.cpk to the Loadout folder, like this.

We are more than halfway through the process, so move on to the next chapter!
